Hi Guys, I'm just looking for a few things. PM me with anything you might have lying around. WTB: 1) 1 Ferro ten hole 14" snare drum hoop, batter side. 2) 1 Ferro twelve hole 14" snare drum hoop, snare side. Must have Signature-style snare gates. 3) 1 pair of twelve hole 14" snare drum Hella die cast hoops. 4) at least one Ferro 16" eight hole hoop. None of these need to be "like new, although that's never a bad thing. Thanks in Advance, Brian |

Hi Gregory, My CL Signature 8x14 (bubinga interior) has the 3F ferro hoops, but the snare side hoop is missing the gates. It seems like the die casts are easier to find than the ferros, especially twelve hole versions. I'm just trying to see what's out there. The Sig sounds incredible, and the missing gates don't mean much in terms of sound, but I like things to be "right". If I were to find an intact gated ferro, I'd be a happy man, indeed! Brian |

Hey Goki! Nice to hear from you! Don't get to post much these days, but I try to read whenever I have a spare moment. I have NOT checked with Gerd, but I probably should. I don't find as much on his site, but it's because it appears that the site navigation has changed. I'll shoot him an email to see what he's holding back. I keep meaning to take a picture of my snares to post here, but when I'm in my drum room, I just have time to play for a bit. All the Best, Brian |

Brian, the reason I was asking is that I'd like to be able to try 3F hoops on my Sig. They don't show up for sale too often. |

Gregory, If I find replacements for these, I'll gladly lend you the pair that's currently on the drum. Thanks, Brian |
