And several more friends.

Wait a minute. You have friends?!! .. What are those? :? :?

I didn't see those in the new catalog. Are they next to the Artist snares?

Do those make noise when you hit them with sticks too?? :?

I thought 'Friends' was the New line of Chinese snare wires :? , Nah, that was "Golden Happiness Friendly Snappy Strands'.

See the Scandi shell in the bubinga pics?
NOS 14 x 8 Signature Scandi shell. The very last Sig shell Sonor ever made.
I know because they made it for me. And asked if I wanted anything else before they took the equipment down. When I said "no" they said "done...forever"
They made me a heavy shell originally but it came with a crack in it. I sent it back and they said they did not want to attempt it again and offered to make me a lite shell. That is the shell in the picture. Piece of history. In the hands of a collector now. Got better pics of it home.
I never did ask if they changed the wood type when the made it a lite or is it actually lite beech.

Have you got pics of the bearing edge Kel? Might be able to ascertain shell material :| ?

Cheers

Sorry Jeff. Haven't been around. Some friends moved down from Jersey and have been running me ragged.
I'll see what I have. Don't think I have any real close ups of the edge's.

EDIT: I was wrong

No idea Jeff. Never paid much attention to that so I have nothing to go by.
The outside is rather boring compared to my SQ2 veneer.
As a side note, the new owner of the drum says it is the absolute worst 8 x 14 he has ever heard. LMAO
Yes he was serious.
