Ah hihat....joy killer. There is a joy in owning such beauties. There is a cleaning season, a playing season and a storage season. All have some form of satisfaction. I personally am enjoying the playing season right now, having gone through the sell season. One day I'll probably venture back into the collecting season. No idea. Loved the title of this thread! lmao |

I've had long periods when my drums lived in the closet. But right now, I'm on the road for Thanksgiving and missing my drums. Nice collection of snares, Lutz!  Could indeed use some cleaning.

The only thing to be sad about is that they are dirty. Dirty from being played.. alot! When I said 'dig out' I was referring to having to take each one out of its case, set them in a pose, take pic.... they are in cases because I use them, not on display. I didn't even photo the case for the 590. Single ATA with a Reunion Blues Leather bag inside to keep it warm and fuzzy.. I appreciate the sentiments, tho.... |
