Any sense of the Sonor double rack tom vs. single on the Gretsch?

Report on the "killer" improvement of the Classix snare?

If You're talking about the difference in setup Greg - well, I like the compact 4 piece setup, but I'm more "fluent" on the 5 piece setup. The only drawback on the 5 piece is the position of the ride cymbal... :(

It' LOUD as hell - I have it tuned high at the moment. I don't know why but it sounds poor in low tuning (I think it's the SONOR top and bottom heads). I think that'll correct itself when I put Ambassadors top and bottom...

Otherwise - it's even LOUDER than the First generation S Class I had - and the hoops have a lot to do with it (it wasn't this LOUD with regular hoops). And MORE FOCUSED!!!!!
