Thanks Kelly, I left the Overheads higher in the mix. I had to adjust my playng to natural Compression. Hitting the drums consistantely and the cymbals softly, so the Overheads don't get saturated with too much cymbal. I didn't use any EQ on the snare, hats, and toms. A little mid range reduction on kick, and a small boost @12k with the Overheads. My kit is Heavy Birch Sonor SQ 2. 20x14 bass drum with plate and sliding double tom holder. 14x6 Sq 2 Acrylic 12x4.25 Left side snare 8x8 10x8 12x8 14x14 16x16 |
