Here's my Wavedrum recording mixed with my Sonor kit. I played the Wavedrum with my left hand, and played my SQ 2 with a stick in my right hand.

I love those things, glad you are having fun with it. I debate between one of those and something like an spds, I need to run samples too if I am going to get into one of those.
Have you gotten into the tabla sounds yet?

The Tabla sounds are killer! The Wavedrum responds dynamically, the way a percussion instrument should. The Roland SPD S would be great for loops, but for playing on the pad, it sounds "electronic".
When I play the Wavedrum with brushes, it sounds like brushes across the head of whatever sample I'm triggering.
Very nice IMO.

Greg, it does sound good. I won't lie: I don't like electronic drum apparatuses. They tire me out after several listens, but that's my artifact.

I say: do what inspires you and to heck with me. :D :D :D

Thanks Gregory, I have similar feelings about electronic drums. There's no way I could sit and play that Wavedrum all day. It's nice to have an extra musical tool, for effects.

To me - the WaveDrum is more fun than a regular electronic kit... You can still play the drums, and this is only an add-on... :)

Exactly Goki. I can't imagine playing a full V Drum set up. Nothing beats the feel and sound of a well tuned Sonor kit. :)
