I'm able to get a high quality studio sound with my video currently. The video isn't good, but the sound is excellent. At the 2 minute mark, the video freezes for 2 seconds, oh well.

I'm using Sony Vegas video software. The high quality audio (CD) goes into Sony Vegas, the software aligns to the video automatically! No need for SMPTE etc.,
