Hmmm, honestly Kelly, I miss them (that's true), BUT I like this sound more, and the sizes (the floor tom especially)... Plus, the lightness while carrying is beyond comparison... So, there was a great ease and happiness when I played them Friday night... I just hope those CL babies will be well taken care of.... |

I'm used to Goki showing us pics where he's wearing a huge grin or holding up a coke (that one made me laugh out loud!! ).... As always, Goki, love the pics. Those Classix are gorgeous. Maybe I should just take the plunge and finally invest in a full set?!! I was a bit tired of dragging Marta's and mine gear some 50meters from the car to the club... That's why I'm NOT the usual happy ME!!! Ron - getting a full set in one color You mean, or?!? Classix are such fun and easy to play - I'll recommend them to anyone... Never played Sonorlites though, but I'm sure Brian would recommend them as being GREAT SOUNDING drums too... The contrast of a CL colored shell, versus a scandi inner veneer is (to me) simply CLASS!!! Like those tornado red Signature drums. |
