That's an offer I will not turn down, Kel. Let me know the shipping cost.

Give me all the sizes you need. I can do top and bottom.
Shipping is free. Heads don't weigh crap.
Do you need kick heads too? I'll give you a list of ones I have. Some will suit you, your style.

Even sizes from 8 > 16, but I don't use the 10 much.

Bass heads? If you have some that you don't use, it's always interesting to try alternatives... except Aqarians...

But I don't need bass heads, and shipping is less without those monsters.

The German Sonor drums ship with US Ambassadors, the Chinese stuff has Chinese heads. If the head is glued at the collar it is US Ambassador, if it is crimped and folded it is Chinese.
Easy to spot the difference, the heads are standard US production, every drum company does it with their high end stuff, we used to sell Pinstripes, Emperors and Ambassadors labelled Everplay, for Premier.
I think DW use Evans, and label them DW.

Interesting Jeff. Thanks for that.
Most of mine should be all German made. I did buy a huge Force 2005 kit about 6 years ago. Don't really know where they were made though.

Greg, PM me your address please.

All Chinese Force drums came with Chinese heads, Sonic Plus also Chinese heads, and I think early SClass too. There was a transitional period from using there own heads (XP's and the like), to using the 'UX Remo' that every drum company uses on Asian production drums, and Standard USA production heads on their higher end drums.
The use of USA Remo heads is clearly stated in Sonor catalogs, not sure if they are labelled Sonor,Everplay,Mapex,Yamaha etc.. at the Remo factory, or if the above companies label them in house.

Cheers, :ugeek:

A box full of heads arrived today, Kel. Thanks much!

Thats awesome Kel, you da man :D .
Square badge Delites used to come with coated Ambassadors (now clear), all the German kick logo heads that say 'Black Power' :? are stock PS3 Resos, 'White Power' are coated PS3's, and 'Çlear Power' are stock PS3 batters too.
The White Medium and Clear Medium on the SQ2 configurator are Coated and Clear stock USA production Ambassadors.

When I received my SClassix kit, I swapped out all the heads except kick batter, I put a Black reso PS3 (off my Phonic) on the kick (more for cosmetics than sound, that 80's siggy look) I'm not a huge Remo fan, but changeover of perfectly good 24' heads was an expense I thought unnecessary. Consequently I haven't experimented with different kick head options.
The kick is awesome, but I know I can get more out of it  . Oh Well, one day  .

Cheers

I actually forgot to check. I don't really know what I sent.
You're welcome Greg. Hope there is something you can use. I know heads are a very personal thing.

You know what he's saying Gregory...don't tease young man.
I would love to hear a 24" SClassix bass drum.
