OK, I guess my ignorance is showing. That's not rare! ;)

I studied lots of classical theory but always in the States. Never heard those terms!

Nothing wrong with ignorance, David. Impossible to imagine all the things we are ignorant of. All I know is, I want to know what I'm doing on a drum kit, be it in quavers or dotted splats. :lol:
