They are my sizes. Stick on badges too!
I would want to question the guys tape measure.
8x9 especially is not likely but from that picture it does look oddly deep or the badge is oddly placed.

No decent designer kits for the longest time. Now they seem to be coming up a lot.

Bidded to 2650? No wonder. Would have been surprised it got that much.
I think most times the seller has something to do with that. It was relisted way too fast.

I think it was the shipping. Seller listed it shipped for $99. When the shipping hits the fan.

Now it is local pickup only.
