The band died a natural slow death, which was a good thing. The jazz gigs have kind of dried up this year too, so I haven't been playing out much. I was practicing much more a couple of months ago, but suddenly work, family, and yard work took over! ;p Gotta get back to it. Sometimes I just need something to inspire me.

How are you doing?

You don't so much need inspiration as you need to rearrange your priorities.

Ah sorry David. I liked that band.
But I do understand how unpredictable the life span of a band is. It's remarkable. I gave up on making the effort, putting in the time and work with a new band, every 2 months.

Unlike you though, my yard looks like my house has been abandoned.
