No, I didn't read all the way through it. I was kind of disgusted that they would try and do this. I'm sure I can find it, tho...

That's how I read it also. However, a method that has been used by others in previous crafted instruments should be "off limits" for the exclusive rights that a patent is supposed to guarantee.

I've seen Pearl "take/borrow" a few ideas from small builders and present them as something "new" that they developed. I understand that's part of business, but the Pearl goes about it is undermining and sneaky. That's what I don't care for...
