I'd say a converted marching drum of some unknown origin, that is until I read the seller suggests its 20in deep, from 'end to end'. Take off 2-2.5in for hoops and you're looking at a more common 'kit' depth bass.
Current SQ2 26in kicks have 12 lugs, not 10. Not sure how that applied during the Designer era.
Delite fittings could have come from anywhere, yet, to actually order/purchase those parts new costs a small fortune, and wouldn't be economically viable.
Shell has re-rings that appear to be much thicker than the usual 2mm that Sonor use on their ''Vintage" shells.

I could have not replied, and I still would have offered just as much conclusive info. :?

Lugs are not Designer - at least not the rubber fittings; re-rings and reinforcement strips for hardware. The only thing about it that says Designer is the badge, but it's not glued on, so the drum is no doubt inferior.

Definitely NOT a Designer - but some sort of look-a-like
