I'm eyeing up a 16 x 16 long lug tom.
I would want to put legs on it eventually but they would have to be original equipment.
I would imagine Designer floor tom legs are in high demand. What do you think?
I would also need to change the 4 APS grommets correct?

Are Designer FT legs fat?

You won't need new rubbers, Kel, but it'll look kinda funny if you don't replace them.

Yup. Exterior dimensions are fatter to accomodate the H-bar, but the specs that matter - fit to the OD of lug casing, insert through hole in shell, and depth of lug relative to the exterior of shell, are identical.

I have a hanging 16 already Goki. Which I am quite happy with by the way.
The hangers are 16 x 14. Just interested in getting some deeper toms for legs.

Long lug drums are hard to find and I regretfully didn't get this one.
