The two badges are standard issue up to about '65 or '66, and are one of the few original bits. The smaller one states "Made in Western Germany". It is possible that the drum is a three ply with rings or six ply without, but nothing about the lugs or hoops, let alone the rods, gives any indication of what generation drum it is. The "1980's" claim is bogus, and there never was, to my knowledge, anything but square sizing of floor toms in the 50's or 60's. Leg mounts are alien.
