:o  :o  :o

That's the general idea Kelly - I stopped leaving my phone number because of this...
I would like to think that all is good, but the world is moving towards darker days... :(

That is so terrible! I cant believe the guy died over a diamond ring, it makes me really sad.
The last time I sold a kit on craigslist I made a joke about the guy holding me up as we went into my basement. I think I wont be selling out of my basement from now on.

Thanks Kelly. That sucks so bad! Audrey asked me years ago not to conduct transactions with strangers at our home. Back then, I thought the worst could never happen, but I honored her wishes regardless. Over the last couple of years, I've completed transactions at my place of employment, but even that seems risky in light of this news.
Any moron knows you don't get much for used jewelry, even legitimately owned. I hope these assholes get life without parole-execution is too good for them!

Very sad.
The last time I HAD to have someone at my house (massive PA I sold) I kept two READY guns near by.
Even that is unrealistic and uncomfortable. When it's time to hand over cash, anything can happen.
