Once you get over 50, the gift is that the birthday arrives! :?

Enjoy, Roland. ;)

Give them drums a good beating today. That'll make ya feel young.

Enjoy it,

- D.

I have an unsettling feeling that I'm the oldest guy here. Don't know how that could be, since I never used to be the oldest guy anywhere. :? :? :? But I will attest that, despite the incremental aches and pains of aging, drumming keeps you feeling young, and I plan to be playing until I can no longer lift the sticks. :D

Greg,

You may indeed be the oldest and wisest of us all. I am now a brand spanking new 52 tears of age. I had just turned 4 and JFK was shot a couple of weeks later. My wife Karen was born only a week before the assassination. A few months later, my family was awaiting the arrival of the Beatles on Ed Sullivan. What a completely different world it was.

So let's take roll call (age). 8-)
