Saturday - Marta forgot the lights in the car and drained the battery - had to recharge it. Monday - The exhaust became a problem - need to take the car to a repair guy Wednesday - the heating in the apartment leaked (one radiator has a hole) - the floor is damaged, and I need a new radiator Friday - My PC broke down - I need a new motherboard, CPU and RAM Sunday - they broke into my spare room (above the apartment) and stole 80% of my tools. 2 drills and one saw, plus bunch of other hand tools - gone... What's next - a piano on the head while walking?!?!? |

Bad news, Goki! Sometimes life gets like that. I lam reminded of Paul's journeys, which he recounts in Corinthians 11, not to praise himself, but rather to establish his credentials of one willing to suffer for the Good News:
Of course, he did not have a computer to go bad. My heart goes out to you, my friend. Worst of all are thieves. |

Sorry to hear this Goki. Try and think about what is not taking... This will be a better week for you, you'll have some good news PS. Can't find that post where we were discussing that Odd Premier finish. I just found another kit like it, guitar center has it. |

I would have sworn that I had posted a response to this; maybe that was absconded with, too? Sorry to hear all of this. If I understand and recall correctly, this is the space you were considering turning into rehearsal space, and then presumably your equipment would have been there too. Glad that didn't hapen, and hope you both can recover quickly. The invasiveness of thievery from your private space is hard to swallow. |

Goki, I feel for you. I have had weeks like that and you feel like you are being tested by a higher power? I'm with Cliff, the theft of personal belongings and invasion of your space is very scary and disappointing. Once it has happened to you once you always seem to feel more vulnerable. Best of luck in fighting past this one and best wishes for a better one next week. - David |

Although, if I turned it into a drum room, it would have been super secured. The only good news (if there is any) is that I had drum stuff there, but they took only the power tools... |
