Regrettably, I have lost a friend, and we have lost a member, Jack B.

Jack Berky, was my drum teacher 40 years ago, and friend throughout.

He joined us here a while back, and was only able to make a few posts, but I was happy to have him here, and was proud to let him know what he had meant to me, and for a couple of the guys here to meet him and exchange ideas a little.

Jack was an easy guy to like, hard to not respect as a drummer, and a good friend to many people.

I wish him peace.

I was sorry to hear about this, Cliff. Seemed like he would have been an interesting addition to the forum, but I guess health issues kept him occupied. It's hard losing a friend.

Cliff - pls except our deepest condolences...

I hope he didn't suffer much, because of his situation.
I'm only sure that Jack is gonna be remembered like a great friend and a true drum buddy...

R.I.P. Jack - and God bless his family and loved ones...

Didn't see this. So sorry Cliff. I know he meant a lot to you and I'm sure many many other lives he touched.
