I watched a documentary about the idea behind Phil Collins' Big Band project.

Charlie was interviewed...

Apparently, he mentioned that he doesn't drive... :)

Hey, Goki; I read that about thirty years ago in an interview, and as I recall, I saw "Repo Man" about the same time, wherein the ragpicker in the repo yard said, "The more you drive, the stupider you get."
Seemed eccentric of Charlie, but it didn't stop him from owning a Maserati Quatroporte with chauffeur. I have no idea what he is not driving now.
