Teri, Charlie & I are on our annual pilgrimage to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends, and also had the chance to see Kelly and family along the way. We are grateful that we have so much of our family around us, and for friends like Kelly, et al.

I am also thankful that there are so many good folks here whom, over the years, I have been able to exchange ideas (and equipment ;) ) with, visit with in their homes in some cases, welcome into ours in others.

I hope that all of the folks here have many good things to be thankful for as well, and friends and family to share the holiday with.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Heading out to travel as well. Just wished I didn't have to bring some work with me.

I'm nowhere near as eloquent as Cliff, so I'll just say wishing a safe a peaceful Thanksgiving weekend to all!

The news states that colder temperatures are descending on Thanksgiving. That just goes to show that "the news" is not here but somewhere on the east coast. It will be warmer tomorrow in Wisconsin, with a wonderfully balmy high of 30ºF. Last Saturday night managed to avoid going below 0 by 2 degrees, and all week highs have been in the low 20s. And then there was Monday, where a dusting of snow was predicted but we got about 3 inches of the crap.

Already I hate Winter and it hasn't started yet. NIght comes on about the same time as lunch. Screw this.

However, tonight we will be working in our new recording studio, and fiddling with our preliminary efforts is increasing our confidence that we can produce something worthwhile from Salty Manor Studio. And tomorrow we are forgoing tradition to eat roast beef, and we will be warm indoors. So we have much to be grateful for even though the year has been difficult.

Part of what I am grateful for is the group of friends here, and Lily and I send Thanksgiving greetings to all of you.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Sorry for my late reply... :(

I had a gig Thursday night, in another city - went to pick up my drums straight from work... By the time I got home, I was totally washed...

Wow, missed this post too.
I had a great Thanksgiving and much to be thankful for.
A brother who survived an unfortunate health crisis, my own health, my family and friends, continued employment, a extremely enjoyable visit from Cliff and family and on and on and on....
Thankful for all of you here. I mean that.
