Kind of reminds me of a great scene from the movie adaptation of Hotel New Hampshire in which Robin Williams watched a small private plane crash into the bedroom of a house that he is there considering the purchase of.
His character's response is something along the lines of, 'The odds of something like that happening are a million to one. The odds of it happening twice have to be even higher. We'll be safe here."
