60+ inches of snow in the last 2 - 3 weeks... another 12+ inches with blizzard conditions coming tomorrow.

I guess I shouldn't bitch too much, since I'm heading south to warmer weather in 2 days, but getting out of Boston by plane on Sunday looks dubious. I think we'll drive to NY and not put the trip in peril...

Greg I would say the difference is that Wisconsin doesn't have 1 million plus people trying to get to work within a 20 sq mile area.
The train is broken. There is nowhere to park. There is nowhere else to put snow.
Its pretty amazing and awesome to experience, but a real pain in the ass to try to do anything.

Wow that sounds incredible, we never have weather like that in London thankfully, however given an inch of snow the trains do quite often stop working...'the wrong type of snow ' allegedly
