They say freedom is never free, and that means that the ability to be free, even though bought at a high price, is by no means secure. Hope your BBQ and fireworks are great! Today it's 80 and for some reason very quiet. I suppose everyone is eating in preparation of fireworks, which will start precisely at 10pm directly over our building. Cheers!

True, indeed. A chance to both appreciate what we have, and to revisit boot (i) the cost to acquire and preserve, and, (ii) the cost of not preserving what we have. Happy Birthday, America, and thanks to all that have made, and continue to make it what it is. |
