Many things going on in the world today can make it difficult to see through to the good things we have, individually and collectively. It is not so much the good in the world - which is so damn good that it no longer recognizes evil - but rather the great good and abundance of creation for which I am grateful. That includes family and friends, and friends who become family, and some dogs. Coffee, sugar, tobacco, scotch, and roast beef, the five food groups. Bourbon is secondary. Drums - and staying warm in the winter. And to everyone here... Happy Thanksgiving!:

I forgot to include that bourbon is not a food group because it is made from corn which, as everyone now knows, is really gasoline. It is only counted as a food group when you need it to drive somewhere to eat Thanksgiving dinner. |
