I am really pissed tonight. Went to see ZZTop and everything seemed like full treble. Maybe the sound guy thought it would help with the acoustics in Reliant Stadium. It was crap. How does this happen? I have seen other bands get the sound good. I am sure the guys on stage think the gig went fine. Tons of drunk or drinking people responding well to the songs. Seldom heard either bass drum. Never heard a cymbal. The snare was was too tinny and loud. Hated it. Dusty's bass never came through. Guitar was too loud. Vocals all treble. There was a screeching sound at times. Some guy is paid to do that job? I want my money back. Seriously.
P.S. I thought the guys played well and I would have loved the show if I had heard it.

Actually, I'm sure it sounded great to the "front of house" guy who lost most of the top end of his hearing back in 1976! ;)
