There is actually no section for this topic....so "purpose" seemed fitting. Band coming over tonight.....discovered there are 4 members....all sing. This thrills me....vocals make really great bands. Cliff, Greg...you would not recognize this place....completely gutted and rearranged. Dawn came down and said "huh?!) Seriously looks like a concert is about to take place. Pics to follow. Kit is ready ready ready...and I am so proud of it. It looks gigantic in this setting. All mic'd up. I had to off the Designer snare though. Old faithful...Sonic Plus is sitting in...I need the depth....dam thing craaaaacks. This is going to be a very good night. I can feel it. These guys are ready and excited. I am going to take them for a rock n roll ride...I guarantee it. |

Hey Kelly, I was hoping you would have the new bubinga snare by now. Hell, last time I was there it part concert hall, part production center. I can imagine the new arrangement. Are you using the rack? Hope it goes well! |

Thanks Greg. Cliff...It shipped Thursday...no chance of making it in time. Kinda excited about that snare. Looking forward to getting it. Yup using the rack....GC was ridiculously slow getting my reso so I did nothing with the kick. No time to change heads, give the drum a cleaning etc. |

Thanks Mike! It did go well. I will post my thoughts. Greg, Cliff...got your messages....thanks so much for thinking of me. I will call as soon as I can. All the prep during the week and yesterday and the playing...I need to spend today with the girls. I'm tired....but it's a good tired. |
