That's an interesting kit, Jeff! I wonder how it came to be. Not too often someone runs high end equipment in the stealth mode, Phonic badge and all. How did you find out what it was?

The price sure is right!

Yes, Kel. It's a great feeling to find someone so willing to help just out of kindness. :D
It seems to be getting rarer these days, but its nice to know there are still people like that out there.

Gregory, it is a weird one.
In the late '90's Drum Power (the shop I work for) came across a kit virtually the same but it was covered white. Same sizes, Badges and inner veneer.
Back then I didn't really know about Signature Lite drums, and had no idea what the kit was.
I knew it wasn't a regular production kit, shells were too thin for Phonics or Sigs, depths were not correct and I thought it was basically a Performer with inner veneer. But the bearing edges didn't look like Beech. :? So maybe a Sonorlite, but I figured add-ons would be impossible to find and they were not my sizes, so I let it pass.
Shortly after that I realised what it was, but alas....... She was gone  .
I was told at the time that the kit was made for an endorsee, Simply Red's drummer Gota Yashiki.
I can't wait to get this baby home, I think she will become my main recording kit. :D

Cheers guys :D

At $850 US, it almost doesn't matter what it is. As a stealth Signature Light, the price is nothing short of fantastic.

I am very pleased and excited for you, Jeff. What a great and special kit to look forward to! Please report when you get them. :)

I know its a crazy price, but ad another nearly 50% (280eu) for freight and its up there.
Still a great price, more importantly I really wanted a 24x17 or 16 Birch Sonor kick.
I only use the 12,16,24 and I think this kit will be awesome. :D
Very happy. ;)
