I think he was referring to the high probability of that transaction not being completed.

That is exactly what I meant. I'd be very surprised if that transaction was completed.

But it has not returned. I guess if I had wanted a 24 bass, the price wouldn't be that galling. A very curious sale, that's certain.

There is one statement in the auction that is revealed (or unrevealed) truth on several levels, although specifically, in this case... it never was made:

This Sonor Designer Series African Bubinga Wood drum set is no longer made.
