Hmm...$4k to ship the Lites 'anywhere'.

I wonder how much if the buyer gets to choose where.

I think the quadra Ks cover the drums. Shipping is extra, but you can get them even if you live in Wisconsin - or in its moral equivalent.

Super looking kit. It was in my possession for a short while after Kelly had it.

I keep looking at his kit, thinking about how good it looks, but that once I got though looking at it, they would still be birch.

Now, if they could cover birch shells in rosewood, couldn't they have put maple under the rosewood?
:?

Maple came late in production Cliff (Hilites and later). Beech and birch were 2 materials primarily used at the SONOR factory.

And by then, they stopped using natural veneer. Hence, they switched to colored finishes and Designer styles.

I too would very much like to hear how a maple set would sound with all that hardware and tom mounts...

Signature SE. I would enjoy hearing them but I will not be carrying them. I have no preference where beech and maple are concerned.

Thanks Gregory! I'm pretty psyched, I emailed Renato when he posted the drum. He couldn't find my contact info but said he knew I would contact him. He couldn't decide whether to sell it or keep it. As of last weekend, he was keeping it, but later this week he emailed me offering me first refusal.
I don't really understand a lot of the guys posting over there giving him such a hard time. They are just drums, man. No need to be rude about it!
All the Best,
Brian
