Same seller as the 20, 14, 12, 10. I talked with him a bit and offered unsolicited advice--no one will want the 8 by itself lol.

Maybe reflects an the consequence of excess buying habit (one of everything I might need but never used) shedding extras in a weak economy? Or a hangover from the days when everyone bought big resulting in small drums being collectible? This tom is interesting because the price is so outrageous, while the kit seems, more or less, reasonably priced.

Yes, but that 8 is specifically a Maple heavy "Drum Design" inner/outer walnut roots, long lug w/ no tune safes...one of a kind.
