Awesome Snare, and some Free "Delite Style" :o Premiers. Price is a bit steep for the snare, but you could probably get $1000 for the extras   .
I really like the Emerald Green, but the Walnut is pure class, almost looks good enough for a Mallet Badge :?  :D
Cheers. :D

Good example of an auction that would be unified by division. ;)

Exactly....buy a Sonor snare OR an entire kit

Truth is....that snare in the sound scape of things would never hold up to the power of that kit.

Thin shells with Reo hoops are Powerful :? . The Signias they sent to Australia were not :| .
I reckon you could sell "Ice to Eskimos", Kel.

I wouldn't have believed it either.
That surely is the best word to describe Signia's.

They're both mic'd Jeff.
If you are going to try and convince me Hilites can be described as powerful, you have a long road ahead of you.
Google "Premier Signia reviews" and tell me how many owners use the word "powerful". The drums are huge sounding. They remind me a lot of Sig drums.
That's not likely said about Hilites.
If one prefers Hilites over Signia's, I have zero problem with that. But comparing the two and denying the characteristics of each, that's a whole other story.

I reckon you could sell Eskimos Hilites.
Whatever happened to the SClass Pros you bought?

Second video is just the camera mic ;) .
Eskimos could use a Piano Black HiLite. One of the only climates were she isn't invisible :? .
SClass Pros make a great bedside table :? :o  . Still NO Studio  , councils and 'Jobs for the boys'.
I've been trying to negotiate a deal for with either the 10, or 8,10,12 with this guy. He has a 8,10,10,12,12,14,22,22. Had a 16, sold it, so he has 1 kit and extras.

He doesn't want to freight International, so, I've received an offer for help to pick the drums up.
After several (heaps, I've pressed him  ) Emails about condition, price, freight logistics, etc. His last Email states that the drum has minor ply seperation.
He had previously said nothing other than 'Great Shape', or 'Never Gigged'. I quizzed him, he said one 10 is in Great Shape, the other is in Great Shape other than minor Ply Seperation :? .
No idea of what to do :? .
Freight is ridiculous

I believe ya, all that echo is coming from somewhere though. Snare hardly sounds powerful regardless.
What a silly word "powerful".

Anyway, I'm no fan of Hilites sorry. Hate saying it when owners of them love them, they just did nothing for me.
The drums are all mids, and soft fluffy mids at that, with nothing else to really speak of. I think if they weren't so dam good looking they would have a pretty small audience.
But....mic'd...anything works
Typical "It's Sonor, it has to be good" mentality.
Like this, for $106.01, you too can have "Sonor" on your bass drum head.

That SCLass Pro guy has had some pretty nice stuff up over the years. Has tried everything to sell those. Minor ply seperation? First I heard of that on Pro's.
You picked the finish that seems to claim a premium.

If they're tuned high enough they do for sure.

Like any of this really matters. This contraption sounds pretty good.

By the way, I love that green on the Premier kit.
