Went to the Orange County Fair last night on my yearly attempt to educate my 21 year old daughter on music. You know culture, class, vocal ability and musicianship. You know Old School.
Took her to Styx and watched Todd Sucherman play. Well that's it I quit
Absolutely amazing player and worked his ass off effortlessly. He is a Pearl guy now but we know they are built to Sonor specs

No 10 min solo required this guy played absolutely perfect and it was inspiring to watch. Tommy Shaw and the boys can still get it done. Half way through the show my daughter looked at me and said WOW these old guys can can play and the blonde guy with long hair can sing. After the old guy comment she bought her own beer.
If you get a chance to see them go it is worth every penny.
