I like a four piece too, particularly when gigging. Four is the basic kit and the most challenging configuration for creative drumming. Playing at home I start wanting other sounds to mix with the standard bits. Like you said, nice to have options.

Glad you're digging the sound. Me too! Hope you get a suitable gig soon; getting a kit out live tells all.

If a 20 in my veneer were to show up, that would give complete flexibility. But my little teardrop is doing that job.
