A kit for Justin.

Hilarious that the Accoustigate knob is stripped. I've never noticed that it has any real purpose at all, but on the smaller toms it can yank on the tuning. Question arises, what was being attempted when the threads stripped? :?

Funny this should be discussed...

I contacted Matt (the owner) as soon as this listing went up. He seemed up to sell and ship but bowed out at last minute stating that he'd rather sell locally. Can't really blame him I guess...

I let him know that my classes were over in June and, if he hadn't sold it by then, asked him to contact me so I could set up a good old fashioned road trip!

If that happens, Kelly, I'll be sure to let you know what my plans are for the current Designers!!!!

PS - I saw an amazing little jazz group in a "hole-in-the-wall" bar in DC this weekend. Drummer was sporting an absolutely beautiful looking/sounding Gretsch kit that I'll discuss in the appropriate section.

K Justin.
I guess there might be other reasons but shipping a kit that small would have been a piece of cake.
