Update:
You know I bought these gorgeous things, the Green machine:

And now the greens are gone, so I could buy these gorgeous things:
THANK YOU David for sending me the link.

Fingers crossed.
My thoughts, I loved those greens, the kick was ridiculous.
The Walnuts have a 20 x 16 kick, but have an 8 tom and the the rest are the same size as the greens. The kick is up in the air for me. I prefer 18 deep kicks.
I also have a walnut kit waiting in the wings with a 22 x 16 and two floor toms. Don't much care about the kick but would love to have the two floor toms.
I have seen the matching Walnut snares up for sale, when I didn't have them, now I'll probably be looking forever.
The Marquis are such a different incredible machine. One very unique drum kit. Can play them all day long as I told Cliff, and have been. They have a 20 x 18 kick. Dave will tell you, pretty rare kick size in the Marquis. Seems most Signia's Marquis or regular Signia's typically had 16 inch kicks. Which also made the green kick a rarity.
I am about to enter another band, hoping this is the one, again. As I'm making these changes I'll be using the Marquis. But when it comes down to stage time, which looks like it will be very soon, I know I will want the power and depth of the Regulars, so the Walnuts are my hope.
Just thinking out loud, thanks for following.

Wow! When you go looking for something it does seem to appear. Those are great, Kelly. Did he happen to have a Designer African 20? I'm not particular about the depth, but 18 would be fun. ;)

Those are pretty aren't they. Weird though...I like all three finishes. Up until a couple years ago...it was all veneer for me.
Admittedly though, couldn't pass up the Walnuts.
Pretty amazing I think are the condition of both the Marquis and the Walnuts. Both are original owner. The Walnuts have never been out of his house.
These kits, like the Signature kits, had the badges tarnish over time if not kept in a completely optimum environment.
Badges on both of these look like new.
Also, the Walnut kit with the 22 is the original owner and it also has never left the guys house.

When I see that africano kick, it will be yours.

I am just happy that the walnut Signia deal came together for you, Kelly.

I suspect that you will be more than happy with the 20x16 kick.

Best news is that it looks like you are going to get to put them to use.
;)

Well, it's great that he met You Kelly... ;)

Congratulations on the new band, and ON THESE FANTASTIC DRUMS!!!

The walnut Signia is truly precious. They have a set like that back here, but the guy wants 2500euro for a 10,12,14,16,22 setup - and it's been OUT of the house for too much...

Too bad the green monster is gone. But, it's only logical to keep a Signia and a Marquis, right?!?
I bet they don't come close when it comes to sound...

As soon as You have the walnuts in Your possession Kelly, I would love to see a photo of "the proud owner" behind his drums... :)

Congratulations, once again...
