You're great, guys!!!

Kidding aside - one thing I love about the Signia set is that sliding bass drum spur. You can have the angle changed to just what You like, without messing with the rubber feet, spikes etc. Plus, I'm sure it makes a difference in sound, since it lets the bass drum "breathe"...
They should have done that design(er) thing on the double tom mount as well... ;)

Kelly - watch out for that plastic ball patent-copy (from Yamaha) tom mounts. The screw just gets buried in the ball.
My advice (I had one of those on my Tama Rockstar - the original TAMA was lost when purchased):
Once You get the angle right, do not touch those...
I'm sure mine was the cheaper series, but still...

You can see it on the picture here. I changed the rod that goes into the bass drum for a thinner one... :)
The Tama was a 8,10,12,14ft,20bd config - with a Pearl Sensitone snare 5.5"

What a strange place for a badge. And at first I thought the drums were mounted upside down.
Is that an 8x8,10x10,12x11?

One thing I really love about the mounts are the memory locks. I'll actually use them. Very easy to use. I always took those things off. In general the whole system works great. Mine are all fairly new so I'm seeing no problems.

Other subject re: namm

I also see quite a few guys overseas on the Premier forum that bought new Premier kits. They seem to be thrilled with them.

Wow these drums look really sweet Kelly! the walnut is just gorgeous! How do they sound?

I'm in the process of having a hand made snare built in solid walnut. Gonna be about 18mm thick! Can't wait to get my hands on it. :)

Hey Ron, good to see ya about.

Signia drums just sound ridiculous. I won't have the Walnut kit until the end of September when my friend brings them from Jersey. But the toms are the same sizes as the Green kit and those were my favorite so I expect the same.

Of course I've been looking for orphans now for the Walnuts and one thing I'm discovering, out of the 3 or 4 kits I have found so far, they all have the more shallow toms....10x8, 12x9. So I think I stumbled onto a gem with these toms which are 8x8,10x9,12x10...so on. None of the kits I have found have 8" toms.
I just found a kit with a 24" bass drum and the other, that I might end up with, has a 22. I want to the two floor toms off of that one.

18mm?! Don't forget pics for us.
