Is the forum photo (Cliff's Designers) degrading, or has it always been that spotty?

The forum logo was my Designers, a long time ago. For at least a year or so, it has been Signatures with a Designer snare.

It was never a great photo, but it may not be where the degradation is occurring. :? :lol:
