It's Kelly. He manufactures them in his basement, sets them loose, then sees how many he can find. It's a hobby of his.

P.S. We can't be illegal immigrants IF I bring all our percussion gear with us... :P
On the serious side - the thought of applying for a Green Card Lottery has crossed my mind several times.
But I still have hopes that things will work for the best here... Who knows...
