hahahahaha. Thanks for that David.

K...it's a 24 x 18 kick. Not so great, so I made an offer and he took it because it has a 13 and a 16 floor tom, could use them both.

Obviouosly not enough hail marys. I won't quit until I find a 20 x 18 Walnut. shut up cliff.

:?

Turns out the kit was owned by Rod Morganstien and played at a clinic by Chad Smith. I suppose that is why it was way up on a platform to be show cased.
I never care about these things but thought I would pass it along. I'm really not too familiar with either one and would really prefer no one played it

I knew that would come back to haunt me.
I should have them after the weekend. And I should have the others by the end of the month.
So right now I have:
8x8, 10x9, 12x10, 13x11, 14x12, 16x16ft, 20x16, 24x18
Would like to find a 20 and 22 in 18 depth, 14 x 7 snare and a 14x14ft.

Finding these are a lot like the very early link days for me. You find a kit for 7-800 and then find the same kit for 3000. So far I have done really well

Rod Morgenstein was the drummer for the Dixie Dregs. He is a smokin' player and a very sweet guy. I used to see them play a lot when I was in high school and college in upstate New York, Vermont and Boston. He used to play both Signias and Genistas live and do some clinics in the Boston area, and he's definitely one of the big reasons I got into Premier.

If that was one of his kits it's about 1/3 of it, as he used to play a big multi-tom fusion kit, often with 2 bass drums.

Rod still lives in upstate New York and commutes to Boston where he teaches at Berklee. My son Ben had a couple of semesters with him. Along with the Dregs, he also tours with Winger occasionally. He has played on solo projects for Jordan Rudess as well. If those drums have some of Rod's mojo Kelly, we expect you to be on the cover of MD at this same time next year. 8-) You'll never make it on the cover of the "Stand Up's Journal", that's for sure.

Ahh tough crowd, tough crowd.

Will Mojo wash off? It isn't like body fluids or something is it.
