Welp, my nephew came with the drums. Would you like the good news or the bad news first.
K...the good news.
1) It's not a 24" kick, it's a 22 x 18. Yes!
2) The kick and the 16 floor tom seem to be in mint condition.
3) I didn't pay a lot for these drums. I would have paid that amount just for the kick.

The bad news: The 13" tom is garbage. It has been completely smashed. Looks like it feel off a riser 20 feet in the air (remember the riser?).
I'm going to call the guy, but expect to get nowhere.

All in All, I'm happy.
And my nephew still alive is the bonus :D

Hale, the floor toms mounts are the same exact mounts as the rest of the drums.
What do you have? Post a pic if you can, in between changing diapers and cheering momma up.

Yeah - finally, the Signias are with the rest of the Walnut family!!!

Congratulations Kelly - I hope You'll have a chance to compensate for the 13" tom as well...

Let me quote You - "PICTURES, OR IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!!"

Kelly,

Yeah, I think I mentioned to you that the guy told me something had fallen off the riser at one point, but that "nothing really bad" happened or something to that effect. Ooops. But judging by how some people can't seem to be able to measure things within 2 inches correctly, and the crazy ride the drums took down to your place, I guess you did OK with a nice 22x18" and floor tom. Those are smokin' looking drums. Oh... yeah and I bet they sound OK too!

Storsav -- I have dealt with "dancincrow" (Peter) several times over the past 10 years or so and have always found him a very straight shooter and honest guy to do business with. And as far as Premier stuff goes, there are not folks out there.

Dave....you did. And I asked him about it. He told me it was a cymbal stand that fell. He is not a good guy. And can't use a tape measure.

Coming up Latz.

Thanks Phat, did you mean to say "there are not folks out there"? I'm confused. :)

Kelly, I updated the pics to show the floor tom leg brackets in my pics thread, but here's one also:

Yes Hale, Peter is a good guy. We talk often on the phone.
I'll post a pic of my mount. Looks nearly the same as yours.

Here's the cracked up 13:
