On drums...

Ok. I'm putting it out there, yet again. I'm looking for a Designer series 14" x 8" snare with a maple heavy shell. I'm not terribly concerned with finish. It needs to be in excellent condition, though. If you have one, or know where I can find one, please drop me a line.

EDIT: I could delete the post, but its much more fun to edit it as a short of addendum, or epilogue. I have found a maple heavy Designer 14" x 8" and it should find its way to me fairly shortly!
I'll leave the ad up because if someone were to find another(yes I realize how unlikely that is! )..I know the perfect home for it!

That's funny you should say that. Because in the short amount of time I've been incessantly(and frenetically!) peppering you with questions, I've discovered that you sound like an expert too!
