Thanks, guys.

Easter and birthday dinners were combined, but I can only eat once. :cry: We had a roast beef cooked at 500º for five minutes for every pound, then the oven turned off while the beef stayed in for two more hours. Done to perfection.

Lily made a torte that was a meringue baked with chopped roasted almonds, chocolate and dates.

I want to eat more but there's no room. I'm up to here - for at least another five minutes. :lol:
