Thanks Cliff - we've been postponing for 2 years. Now, we finally decided to go.
The bank where I have my credit cards didn't mind too...
They have great "interest" in me...
I enjoy traveling Gregory - the only problem is that people from my country are not exactly welcome everywhere.
Low standard (most earn $300 a month) means a lot of abroad-workers from back home.
Lots of immigrants means strict entering rules, involving visas and tons of other papers.
While I was working as a school teacher, I wasn't permanently employed. Every year, I signed a contract.
Marta was a student and a part time worker. No chance for visa whatsoever.
Now, on the other hand, I have a permanent employment. Marta and I are married. I can provide all the necessary documents, proving I'll leave the country and come home in the time stated. Plus, we have a visa-free regime now, with the EU countries.
Slovenia is behind - now we're starting to dream bigger...
It's time to pay a visit to my relatives in New York. But I need to save some extra cash, so I'd be able to see some of my friends too, if possible...
