I was sitting at the counter when my 8 yr old runs to the back door and says, "Daddy, I think you need to come look."

Body shop stopped at $9400 to fix the van. Just glad nobody was hurt as our older daughter's friend was walking down the drive to leave when it fell. Just missed the other van and my trailer (which has drums in it).

Not pretty, but as you say, could have been much worse.

Yup, it's great to hear that only the car got damaged...

Everything material can be replaced, at a certain cost. :(
Feeling sorry, nevertheless...

I hope insurance is better than in my country - here You pay, and then they give you the small print... :(
