Yes, May 1st :)

And this year - we don't work on May 2nd as well...
Hurray!!!

Who would have guessed that it would take a religious holiday this year to have May 2nd non working, like in old socialist times?!?

Thanks Kelly I've not done any in a while as I've been waiting to upgrade my studio so I've got proper mics and cameras... Just been bogged down with loads of teaching work as well... Got my summer holiday booked though, visiting California, going to drive round trip from LA to San Diego, Las Vegas, San Francisco and as much as we can fit in between, national parks etc. Was wondering if Sacramento is worth visiting, anyone?

Nope, not a bit IMHO. But driving through Sacramento (fast) on your way to Lake Tahoe could be a fun destination. Depends on what kind of vacation you like. I lived in LT for a year and have been back to visit many times. It's a very fun destination if you like outdoor activities.
