Check out this awesome video of Joey Baron, to my shame i have never really checked him out but I am completely blown away!
The drums sound incredible, looks like Lite toms although the 'rack' looks very shallow...not sure about the bass and snare.

He is freaking amazing. I've seen that video before.
I think you learn to play like that in an apartment.

Looks like an older phonic kit. And the non-matching drum on his hihat side looks like a teardrop.

Think you're right about the phonics, i saw the black badge and jumped to conclusions. Damn they sound amazing, tried tuning my lites up high yesterday but didn't sound good with clear emps :D plus a 10x9 isn't getting that tone, that looks like a 12x8 right?

Yeah it does bro.

I'm a Clear Emp fan...out of all my kits there were two that I did not like them on.....Lites and my SQ's.
Which just dawned on me, were both birch.
Ha...not only birch but identical shell makeup minus the depths.
