Does anyone know of the availability of any 11" diameter toms out there on the used market, other than Tama Granstars? I don't know if any of the other companies were making them in the 80s or not...

No, but you can buy a banjo and saw off the handle.

Yeah, I see Keller still sells 11" shells, and you can still get 11" heads, non-banjo style! :o

Why to be able to put a drum in between my 10" and 12" toms of course! ;)

I used to hate 12" toms so I always thought I'd be on the lookout for an 11" tom someday, but the 12" have started to grow on me. I picked up a 12x10 Performer to go with the mahog Phonic Pluses and it sounds great.
