Wow Dave. Sorry man. That is a rough week. Even when you survive the layoff it still takes it's toll seeing others go you have been working with.
Sorry about the band too. These days I am reminded just how lucky one has to be to get into a band that truly works, with guys you enjoy.

I'm personally opposed to drummers who sing while playing, maybe Levon aside. It's not dignified. Like having your automobile also vacuum the floor.

Tonight is the night!!!

We're having a gig in a small club in the old part of the town.

Marta, me, a bass player and a pianist. Not the usual band, but a mix of musicians for the moment.

Should be plenty of fun - especially since the bd will see action for the first time... :D :D :D :D :D
